His spectrum of experience ranges and varies from having handled the Consumer Durable Plant of Godrej - GE to handling Real Estate functions for Ardee Infrastructure and Advance India Projects, handling the Retail sector (building of all formats of Reliance Retail like Ware Houses, Logistics, Malls, Super Stores, Super Specialty Stores of Jewellery, Reliance Digital, Reliance Trends, and other innumerable Offices).

He comes with a rich experience of 40 years as Head of Architecture Department in Engineers India Limited (One of the largest Engineering Sector PSU in India)  

He has also worked as Chief Architect and Consultant with Samsung Engineering.

A Perceptive Creator, Mr. Mukul Joshi has more than 40 years of Design experience and has been responsible for Architectural and Interior Design for various Industrial, Commercial, Institutional and Residential Projects. 

He has expertise in Co-ordination with clients for finalizing designs, services & different agencies/ Vendors along with Presenting to the Clients, the details including the Designs of Large-Scale Projects ranging from master planning of Industrial complexes, Campus Institutes, Commercial/ Retail Buildings, and I.T. Parks.

A Competent Specialist with 25+ years of experienced Ritu Ohri has led the designing of RCC & Steel Structures, Gantry, Girders, Industrial , Precious Metal Refineries , Vaults, Solar Plants & Multi-storeyed Commercial Complexes, Water-retaining Structures, Five-Star Hotels, Automobile Plants, Spinning & Weaving Mills, Paper Plants, High-rise Residential Apartments including response spectrum analysis using STAAD-PRO and ETABS ( including Dynamic Analysis). 

Recently Refreshed on the expertise in creating EarthQuake Resistant Designs for buildings, from IAStructE dated between Aug 2017- Nov 2017.

A Harmonious Professional, Mr. Ankush Rai has 18 + years of experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing, majorly specializing in Engineering Design Consultancy, Building Material & Construction Industry. He is spearheading the responsibilities for generating and converting New Businesses across various established and new verticals coming to the forefront at DEPL, with a special focus over the Industrial Segment. 

As the Business Development Head, he is supremely responsible for meeting the new Prospective Clients, delivering Corporate Presentations, Tenders / RFP / RFQ Preparations and Submissions, maintenance of Key Accounts  and Repeat Clients, developing INBOUND (existing) and OUTBOUND(New) Leads, managing the business development pipeline, initiating and forming Joint Ventures with National as well as International Firms for successful fruitful associations. These have been his Core Areas of work which he looks after spread across various geographies.
